Hi, I'm Kyra.
Growing up with three brothers taught me one thing early: solve problems fast, and stay optimistic while you do it.
Today I lead UX research on complex products, the kind people rely on to get real work done. I’ve worked across mobile apps, web platforms and hardware interfaces, and my favorite projects mix methods: numbers that show what’s happening, and conversations that explain why. Lately I’ve also been building AI tools that make research easier to reach, so designers can get answers from what we’ve already learned.
Good research means sitting with ambiguity, and sometimes one problem opens the door to five more. I’m optimistic (sometimes painfully so), so I see those as opportunities. I don’t believe perfect exists, and I haven’t met a topic I couldn’t get curious about.
I measure my work by whether it sticks: when a designer quotes a customer in a meeting I wasn’t in, or a principle I wrote ends up guiding a design review. I’ll dig into whatever a project needs to get there.
Enough about me. Thanks for visiting.
